Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and senior developers in daily operations and technical tasks.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and agile stand-ups.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software tools and internal platforms.
- Support the marketing department with content creation and social media engagement.
- Perform quality assurance testing on deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Master’s degree program in a related field (Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or IT).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Basic understanding of data analysis or digital marketing principles.
- Availability to work at least 15-20 hours per week, with a preference for summer/fall availability.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team.
