Our internship program is designed for current undergraduate students seeking practical experience in software development, data analysis, or UX design. You'll contribute to live projects, receive weekly feedback sessions, and gain exposure to agile methodologies and modern tech stacks. Positions are remote-friendly with optional in-office collaboration at our downtown Austin hub.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test software features using Python, JavaScript, or React frameworks
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights for product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Jira and Slack for sprint planning
- Create user experience prototypes and conduct usability testing sessions
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Participate in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly retrospectives
- Maintain version control repositories and follow CI/CD best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Computer Science, Data Science, or related degree
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#)
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to commit 15-20 hours per week during the semester
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio or academic projects demonstrating technical aptitude
- Authorized to work in the United States
