Responsibilities
- Assist Development Team: Support software engineers in coding, debugging, and testing applications under supervision.
- Documentation: Help maintain technical documentation and update project logs to ensure knowledge transfer.
- QA Testing: Perform functional testing and quality assurance checks on new features and software updates.
- User Support: Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshoot minor issues for internal users.
- Research: Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.
- Availability: Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve technical problems.
