Responsibilities
- Assist the software engineering team with coding, debugging, and unit testing.
- Analyze user feedback and data metrics to identify areas for technical improvement.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing for new feature releases and bug fixes.
- Update and maintain technical documentation, internal wikis, and API references.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and languages (Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to commit to 15-25 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and tools.
