Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, testing, and debugging of web-based applications and software solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and prepare technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Support quality assurance testing to identify bugs and ensure a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the Summer or Fall semester.
