Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to staff and clients via phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Perform basic hardware installations, including setting up workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the IT department and server room.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Monitor network performance and report any anomalies to the senior IT team.
- Help conduct user training sessions on new software applications.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is required.
