Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting across 50+ workstations
- Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Respond to help desk tickets with SLA adherence
- Participate in cross-functional sprint planning sessions
- Contribute to system documentation and knowledge base updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/CS degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking
- Experience with scripting (Python/PowerShell) preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during academic semesters
- Valid driver's license (occasional site visits required)
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
