Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, designers, and security expertsâto translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for latency and throughput in high-traffic environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to continuously improve our core technology stack.
- Define best practices for data governance, model deployment, and monitoring in production.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
