Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for next-gen autonomous systems.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Machine Learning models, including LLMs and Multi-Agent systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the AI division.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems that handle petabytes of data with low latency.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Experience with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
