The Role:
As our Principal AI Architect, you will serve as the technical conscience for our AI initiatives, ensuring that our platforms are robust, efficient, and aligned with long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the architectural design for scalable AI infrastructure and Generative AI platforms designed for the enterprise of 2026.
- Define Roadmaps: Define and execute the technical 2026 roadmap for machine learning systems, including the integration of Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG pipelines into user-facing applications.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI usage to ensure responsible innovation.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference times and reduce latency in high-volume environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven experience designing Large Language Model (LLM) applications, vector databases, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Systems: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
