- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, policy, and designâto define product roadmaps and deliverables.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation frameworks for all AI deployments.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends to position Horizon Future Labs as a market leader in 2026.
- Global Representation: Represent the company at international tech summits and sustainability forums.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science with a focus on strategic implementation.
- Leadership: Proven track record in senior leadership roles within Fortune 500 tech companies or high-growth startups.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of sustainability metrics, green technology principles, and large language models (LLMs).
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud computing architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse executive audiences.
- Certifications: Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Environmental Science is highly preferred.
