Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and drive the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term scalability goals.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data throughput and real-time processing requirements.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations across cross-functional teams.
- Innovation & R&D: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Advanced Neural Networks) and integrate them into the Project 2026 framework.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to rigorous data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering/architecture experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or C++; extensive experience with Cloud Native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Big Data technologies (Kafka, Spark), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse groups.
