Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Technical Decision Making: Make critical architectural decisions regarding cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and emerging tech stacks.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and lead code reviews to ensure engineering excellence and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for product managers, executives, and investors.
- R&D Innovation: Explore and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to validate their potential for our core business.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve system throughput for our global user base.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript) and strong understanding of algorithm design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.
