Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear, strategic product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.

- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide and mentor diverse teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and drive revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform product iterations and prioritize the development backlog.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex product strategies to executive leadership, securing buy-in and resources for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mindset: 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and modern tech stacks.
- Visionary Leadership: Proven ability to think beyond the current state and define long-term product roadmaps with high uncertainty.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
