Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and evaluate their potential for integration into our ecosystem.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in AI/ML or Cloud Architecture is a strong plus.
