Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning architectures
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and optimization algorithms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum error mitigation strategies

- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from federal and industry partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proficiency in Python with scientific computing libraries (NumPy, SciPy, TensorFlow)
- Experience leading NSF/DARPA grant proposals and research teams
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
