Responsibilities

- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale machine learning applications
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through NSF grants and industry partnerships
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and lead patent strategy
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and establish university collaboration programs
- Translate quantum AI prototypes into scalable commercial solutions for Fortune 100 clients
- Present findings at global forums like IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier quantum/AI journals (h-index >20)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and NISQ-era limitations
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE/DARPA preferred)
