- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science annually
- Drive commercialization of quantum AI patents with 20+ IP assets
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum algorithm development
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum hardware leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (post-doc required)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm implementation
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Track record of securing federal research funding
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
