Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence for AI workloads
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals with quarterly industry conference presentations
- Develop patent-pending quantum encryption protocols for 2026-era cybersecurity
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
- Partner with DARPA on classified quantum supremacy projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design using Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum entanglement principles
- Security clearance eligibility for government-funded projects
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures (IBM Rigetti preferred)
