Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for exponential computational advantage
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims across 50+ qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI co-design architectures

- Mentor PhD researchers and cross-functional innovation teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related computational field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) or real quantum hardware
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python/C++ with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
