Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Translate theoretical quantum mechanics into practical solutions for finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Author high-impact research papers for premier journals and industry conferences
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Track record of securing government or corporate research funding
