Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for neural decoding of complex thought patterns
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical ML models
- Architect secure quantum-encrypted communication protocols for neuro-data
- Optimize quantum neural networks for real-time brain-computer interface processing
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to validate quantum-AI hypotheses using fMRI and EEG data
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at quantum-AI conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
