Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI model optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum-AI integration systems
- Identify and commercialize novel applications for quantum-AI fusion technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or machine learning research
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Demonstrated expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in theoretical physics and complex systems modeling
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
