Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Track record of deploying production-level quantum computing solutions
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, photonic, trapped ions)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum AI (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and complex R&D projects
