Responsibilities
- Architect quantum neural networks for real-time decision-making systems
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead development of autonomous AI agents with adaptive learning capabilities
- Implement fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols at scale
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Collaborate with bio-engineering teams on quantum-encrypted medical diagnostics
- Establish security protocols for post-quantum cryptographic systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production quantum machine learning pipelines
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and optimization (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and NISQ constraints
- Proven track record in architecting distributed AI systems at scale
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks
