Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum systems operating at 99.9% fidelity
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum algorithms for real-world problems
- Document quantum system specifications and conduct performance benchmarking
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging quantum standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum hardware design
- Deep understanding of quantum annealing and gate-based quantum systems
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., Quantum-safe cryptography)
