Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Develop error-correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit designs
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum programming techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with 20+ qubit systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
