Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation

- Establish security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor quantum research engineers and drive innovation sprints
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing architectures or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum gate operations, error correction, and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
