Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols
- Optimize quantum circuits for maximum efficiency and stability
- Integrate quantum solutions with classical computing systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies and methodologies
- Develop quantum software frameworks and SDKs

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced R&D roles
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, QASM, and quantum programming languages
- Strong background in software architecture and high-performance computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum-specific frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
