Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization problems beyond classical computing limits
- Design error-corrected qubit systems with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design cryogenic control systems
- Present quarterly quantum roadmap progress to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our proprietary training program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with superconducting qubit manipulation
- Track record of delivering quantum solutions in production environments
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms (QAOA, VQE)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
