Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research and implement error correction techniques for quantum decoherence mitigation
- Create quantum-resistant security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
