Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions for finance, logistics, and AI
- Research emerging quantum algorithms to optimize computational efficiency
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum accelerators into classical systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum computing architectures or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and photonic quantum systems
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed conference presentations
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
