Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits for error-corrected computation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era threats
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor optimization
- Document quantum system architectures for enterprise integration
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/PennyLane frameworks
- Proven experience with quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Rigetti, IonQ, etc.)
- Ability to translate quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
