Responsibilities

- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity thresholds
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm optimization for enterprise applications
- Architect quantum cloud infrastructure supporting 10,000+ qubit operations
- Collaborate with materials scientists to engineer novel quantum computing substrates
- Establish quantum security frameworks post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum architecture experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant designs
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulators
