Responsibilities

- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption systems
- Research and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Document architectural blueprints and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment
