Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Collaborate with research teams on quantum algorithm optimization
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Document architecture specifications and performance benchmarks
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in distributed systems and parallel computing
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
