Responsibilities

- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design for commercial applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware design or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
