- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech research teams on quantum error correction breakthroughs
- Define quantum security protocols post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and physics PhDs
- Present quantum roadmap to Fortune 500 CTOs and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years building quantum systems at companies like IBM, Rigetti, or IonQ
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing $10M+ quantum computing research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and NISQ limitations
