Responsibilities
- Design and develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into scalable hardware implementations
- Collaborate with research institutions to pioneer quantum error correction methodologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption across enterprise clients
- Drive innovation in quantum-secure communication protocols
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum principles and system integration
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing architectures and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Deep expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong programming skills in Q#, Python, or quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubits or topological quantum systems
