Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization problems in machine learning and cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with error correction protocols
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for industrial deployment
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection systems
- Drive quantum research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our Quantum Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance systems
