Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Develop blueprints for quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Drive R&D initiatives for quantum machine learning applications
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on industry best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
