Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with cutting-edge cryogenic control systems
- Research and implement novel quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quantum computing roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Secure and maintain quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals/conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper) and circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
