Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for quantum R&D
- Experience leading teams of 15+ quantum engineers and physicists
