Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for error-corrected qubit systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Collaborate with physicists and engineers to overcome quantum decoherence challenges
- Create roadmaps for quantum advantage implementation in enterprise environments
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive open-source quantum computing initiatives and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and optimization techniques
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
