Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-correction frameworks
- Lead cross-functional prototyping with quantum hardware teams
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise clients
- Author white papers on quantum security and post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum space exploration projects
- Optimize quantum annealing solutions for logistics optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Security clearance eligibility (for government projects)
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Quil, QASM)
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum theory into practical applications
