Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Create hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for real-world deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption systems
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning and optimization solutions
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in quantum computing research or high-performance architecture
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware-software co-design
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
