Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms targeting optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Research and mitigate quantum error correction mechanisms for practical deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quantum computing roadmaps for 2026
- Document architectural specifications and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of quantum innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction codes
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
