Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Research novel quantum algorithms for industry-defining applications
- Optimize quantum circuit performance across hybrid classical-quantum systems
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
