Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and circuits for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Develop quantum software SDKs and developer tools
- Conduct quantum benchmarking and performance analysis
- Present research findings at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects
