Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop error correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity in 2026 systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen communication networks
- Drive quantum algorithm development for materials science and drug discovery
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum circuit design and error correction
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
